1. About Us

We are a food preparation and meal prep business operating in the UK. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Food Safety & Allergens

  • All meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including (but not limited to): gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, and molluscs.

  • While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check allergen information before consuming any meal.

  • We accept no liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided or made available.

3. Nutritional Information & Macros

  • Any nutritional values, calorie counts, or macro estimates provided are approximations, not medical advice.

  • Ingredient weights and values may vary slightly due to cooking processes and supplier differences.

  • We are not responsible for differences between stated and actual nutritional values.

4. Storage & Consumption

  • Meals must be stored according to instructions provided (typically frozen).

  • Meals should be consumed by the stated use-by date.

  • Once meals have been collected or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not liable for illness, spoilage, or quality issues resulting from improper storage or reheating.

5. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid for in full before preparation.

  • Orders cannot be amended once preparation has begun.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Taste preference

    • Failure to collect orders on time

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

    • The product is unsafe to consume and

    • We are notified within 24 hours of collection or delivery with clear evidence.

7. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services.

  • If a customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery or collection time, we are not responsible for food quality thereafter.

8. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • Our meals are not medical or dietary treatment.

  • Customers with medical conditions, dietary requirements, or specific health concerns should consult a qualified professional before consumption.

  • We accept no liability for health outcomes related to consumption of our products.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

    • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where legally required.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Power outages

  • Supplier shortages

  • Acts of God

  • Government restrictions

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, images, and materials remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law and subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
